The Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that support the organization's objectives and ensure competitive, equitable pay practices. This role involves data analysis, market research, and collaboration with HR and management to create compensation structures that attract, motivate, and retain talent. Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is required for all positions at Helena. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet.
