Genesis10 is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a leading financial institution. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week onsite. Can be located in Brooklyn OH or Amherst, NY. Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour. Summary: The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing commercial loan documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, Laser Pro, and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can independently manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Responsibilities: Prepare and review commercial loan documentation for multiple lines of business. Ensure all loan data is accurate and complete throughout documentation packages. Maintain a strong understanding of business client requirements and related loan transactions. Manage assigned work independently with limited oversight, assisting team members as time permits. Utilize Laser Pro Lending (LPL) software to create internal lending documents. Conduct Quality Verification once proficient in all documentation package types. Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are followed across all documentation. Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial lending operations and loan documentation. Hands-on expertise with Laser Pro (LPL) and other lending systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Financial services or banking background preferred.
