This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am - 2:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operating manufacturing equipment on the factory floor to print and mail documents
  • Performs set-up and operation of the machine to support production in a client-controlled environment
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Meets and follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Stays current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing production operations
  • Meets or exceeds output and quality goals as defined by management

Required QualificatHigh School DiplomRequired Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years of experience in the print and mail industry (i.e.: operation experience in print/insert)
  • Ability to work full time onsite at 13209 Corporate Exchange Dr Bridgeton, MO 63044
  • Ability to work an eight-hour shift between 06:00AM - 02:00PM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (i.e. Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Proficient with windows applications and operator system (OS)
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and reach resolutions
  • Desire for continued growth

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively on a team
  • Ability to stay current on and strictly adhere to current operating specifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 - $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
