About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting production equipment to ensure products meet Aspire Bakeries' quality specifications while supporting production efficiency and maintaining foodsafe conditions.

Shift & Schedule



  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
  • Weekend Availability: Required



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to meet quality and specification standards
  • Maintain accurate production and equipment documentation
  • Ensure equipment, tools, and work areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with GMPs
  • Assemble, set up, start, and stop equipment for startups, changeovers, and production needs
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment or product issues to support continuous production flow
  • Follow production schedules, recipes, and standard work procedures
  • Support team operations by performing additional duties as assigned



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, changing production environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, climbing, bending, twisting, etc.)



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in food manufacturing
  • Knowledge of production processes or foodhandling best practices
