Our team is the central component team producing operating systems for all of Keysight's test and measurement hardware. We work in Linux and Windows, supporting a wide range of product groups. Our work's quality is critical to Keysight's success, and we are looking for intern candidates to experience quality-focused and driven development. Responsibilities This position will be a 3 month intern project focused on firmware and operating system test infrastructure. This project will directly improve the quality of Keysight's instrument base operating systems. This position comes with mentoring from a large team of skilled engineers. The goal of this project is to create a fully automated test infrastructure with automated reporting of results for our operating system and system libraries. Qualifications The required qualifications of this role are: Late Bachelors or early Masters degrees Experience in a wide range of technologies (REST API development, firmware development, hardware experience) Strong interest in embedded systems and operating systems in general Candidates who wish to be considered must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2025. Applicants who have graduated before September 2025 will not be considered unless they are starting a MS or PHD program after graduating. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. California Pay Range: MIN $29.01 - MAX $38.66 per hour Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
