| HealthPartners is hiring an Integrity and Compliance Analyst. Integrity and Compliance Analysts support the development, maintenance, and promotion of HealthPartners' Integrity and Compliance program. Analysts may directly support one or more of the three Integrity and Compliance Program Services Groups: Oversight and Evaluation, Standards and Education, and Investigation and Resolution. Analysts identify and support opportunities for improvement and innovation, execute work independently and identify and involve others when needed, build and maintain partnerships, and understand what we do and communicate about it. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
 
 
 Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
 
   
  Associate's degree; or equivalent work experience2-4 years of experience working in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment; or other relevant specialized experience, training or education.
