POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst plays a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, focusing on Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Product Management, Procurement, and Project Management modules. This role ensures that Oracle Fusion solutions effectively support business operations by analyzing system processes, troubleshooting issues, implementing configurations, and delivering high-quality functional and technical support. The Systems Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Financials, Product Management, SCM, and Project Management modulesAnalyze business needs and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion configurations and solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal impact on operationsConduct system testing, validation, and assist in applying Oracle updates and patchesCollaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process optimization and automationDeliver ad-hoc end-user training and walkthroughs to enhance user adoption and understanding of Oracle Fusion functionalityMaintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, business processes, and system enhancementsHands-on configuring Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, Product Management, Procurement and Project Management modulesPrepare and maintain Oracle Fusion business requirements, setups, design and testing documentsWork with Oracle Support by raising Service Request to resolve Oracle Fusion issues with Oracle seeded functionalityMeet the SLA'S and prioritize the ticketsInvolve in fixing the Month-end closing tickets and assist with close month end and year end activities in an effective mannerAssist in creating custom reports, subledger accounting rules and user rolesDevelop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle analytics toolsPartner with business units to define reporting requirements and ensure timely, accurate information deliveryValidate data integrity across modules and integrated systemsProvide guidance and training to users on running and interpreting standard and custom Oracle reportsSupport integration activities using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for third-party systems such as construction management, payroll, and banking platformsCollaborate with integration and data teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between systemsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issuesContribute to implementation of projects, upgrades, and system optimization initiativesParticipate in defining business requirements, testing, and deployment tasksCollaborate with project managers, functional leads, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of Oracle-related projectsDocument functional designs, configurations, and business process flowsPerform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
