Position Summary EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Account Manager responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This position acts as the central liaison between clients and project delivery teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely updates, and swift resolution of billing, legal, and AR issues. The Account Manager coordinates work across Service and Industry Lines, manages project data and documentation, supports invoicing, and monitors project progress to ensure on-time delivery. This position reports directly to the Senior Program Director and can be either a work from home or in office position, depending on geography, with no travel expectations required. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
