We are excited to add a Senior Manager, Surgical Learning & Development to our Sales Training team! The position will pay between $154,000 - $188,000 plus annual bonus based on previous relevant experience, educational credentials, and location. This is a remote position with extensive travel in the field. POSITION SUMMARY: Direct the surgical training strategy for field sales team to include needs analyses and curriculum oversight with a focus on the MIMEDX sales execution. Ensure learning initiatives are aligned with company goals, objectives, and long-term strategies. Design and implement a sustainable curriculum maintenance strategy with communicated service levels. Identify, review, select, and implement the appropriate learning curriculum. Provide learning paths and course content to ensure alignment with company objectives. Serve as the main point of contact on learning initiatives and training systems for agency partners. Consistent travel with field personnel to assess ongoing training needs, development areas and opportunities for improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  
 Manage and develop training team members to deliver training contentDirect and help administrate the curriculum instructional process and deliverables, evaluating quality and alignment of programs on an ongoing basisDevelop and manage curriculum project plans; communicating with stakeholders, partners, and others as requiredManage new product launchesConduct curriculum needs analyses, identify performance and skills/knowledge gaps, and recommend appropriate training strategiesAuthor curriculum development standards, processes, and templates to produce consistent quality instructional materialsCollaborate with functional partners within the organization to ensure company training goals and objectives are being metLead the design and development of learning via a variety of delivery modalities (e.g. classroom, eLearning, virtual classroom, etc.) on content to include product knowledge, technical, applications, etc.Identify needs and document requirements for system enhancements; provide guidance on upgrade needs/future functionality
 
  
 Primary contact for agency partners, assist users with utilization of all training modules/software programs, track and manage agency partner completion records
 
  
 Work with IT and other business stakeholders to identify and address interface/integration needs/changes between the LMS and other internal systems
 
  
 Identify training needs both internal and external, and develop appropriate training solutions (e.g. eLearning, webinars, instructor-led training, learning labs, comprehensive user guides, job aids, and other learning materials)Maintain up-to-date learning paths, courses, and testsProvide guidance and leadership to support staff as it relates to the training needsSupport and facilitate the pull through of the MIMEDX sales model across the field organization, including utilization of selling tools & dashboards in Salesforce.Research and select development tools, courseware, and servicesProvide guidance and leadership to support staff as it relates to the training needs

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  
  
 BS/BA in related discipline (technical and/or adult learning field)5+ Years of surgical training experiencePrefer 5+ years of experience in surgical sales with 1-2 years of progressively responsible positions, or verifiable ability. Certification required in some areas5+ Years of MIMEDX Sales Experience with a focus on surgical products and procedures with emphasis on spine and colorectal surgeries
 OR 
  
 MS/MA and 5-7 years of experience in surgical field. Certification is required in some areasPrefer 1 to 2 years supervisory experienceExperience leading large, complex learning initiativesExperience with Learning Management Systems
