We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Assistant Director of Sales to support our community's sales efforts and help drive occupancy growth. In this key role, you will work closely with the Director of Sales to build relationships, manage leads, conduct tours, and provide prospective residents and families with an exceptional first impression of our community.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience in senior living, healthcare, or related fields who is ready to grow into a leadership sales role.

Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Pay: $75,000 per year + bonus plan
  • Location: Talamore Senior Living Woodbury, MN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director of Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
  • Conduct tours and presentations that highlight the community's amenities and services
  • Support outreach efforts to strengthen referral networks and brand awareness
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure timely communication and conversion
  • Field new leads and conduct follow-up tours to keep the pipeline active
  • Track and manage required paperwork (physician orders, pre-lease paperwork, etc.)
  • Assist with event planning and community marketing activities
  • Manage and update the lead database, focusing on nurturing and converting prospects
  • Help maintain accurate records of tours, move-ins, and ongoing lead activity
  • Collaborate with community leadership and staff to ensure a smooth move-in experience
