Position Overview
The Precision Oncology Business Delivery team is responsible for product delivery, portfolio delivery, and commercial development for all products within the Precision Oncology business unit. Precision oncology offers a portfolio of oncology tests to empower patients and providers with personalized treatment insights. Our portfolio responds to patient's needs before diagnosis, through treatment selection, and in the event of relapse or recurrence.

This position is based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to advance key projects and initiatives.

  • Coordinate meetings and document action items.

  • Develop new employee onboarding checklist, and work with multiple leaders to ensure training is effective.

  • Create employee skills and talent heat map to allow for knowledge sharing within the team. Facilitate team brainstorming on areas for development and ways to stay connected.

  • Display excellent professionalism and reliability in completing tasks.

  • Exercise strong judgement and critical thinking, knowing when to ask for input and direction.

  • Demonstrate personal iniative in finding ways to contribute to the team and the mission of the organization.

  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.

  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 80% of a typical working day.

  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.

  • Ability to use a telephone through a headset.

  • Ability to grasp with both hands; pinch with thumb and forefinger; turn with hand/arm; reach above shoulder height.

  • Ability to comply with any applicable personal protective equipment requirements.

  • Ability to use various types of laboratory equipment; including microscopes, microtomes, blades, strainers, and pipettes for extended periods of time.

  • May perform repetitious actions using lab tools.

  • Ability to use near vision to view samples at close range.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, with a major in Business, Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of work experience required, part time is acceptable. Preferred work experience in an office or healthcare setting.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Preferred experience with Smartsheet, Miro, and SharePoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    Salary Range:

    $35,000.00 - $56,000.00

    The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
