Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM ***SIGN ON BONUS*** $1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY. $100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL YOU REACH $1200. Key Responsibilities: 
 
 
     
 Source and procure all raw materials, MRO, supplies, equipment, and services at the best cost/valueCreate and maintain material specificationsProvide quote information to internal stakeholders and process Request for Quotation as requiredQualify new suppliers for products and servicesEvaluate supplier performance on cost, quality and on time deliveryImplement Long Term Agreements / Negotiate supplier contractsWork in tandem with Quality to resolve supplier quality issuesForecast material requirements using various inputs from Internal customers and purchase historyIdentify and project manage through implementation cost savings programsReview and rectify any discrepancies between purchase order price and invoiced priceUnderstand market data to make informed purchasing decisionsManage net material performance through cost containment, and cost avoidance strategiesManage supplier on-time delivery performanceMaintain and improve supplier relationshipsConduct supplier/commodity spend analysis and negotiations to achieve favorable termsEnsure material availability and manage inventory effectivelyManage MRP for assigned product lines/business unitsWorking with cross functional teams to improve business practices and support productionMaintain item-level MRP data, including lead times, pricing, and safety stock levelsParticipating in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methodsAlways maintain a clean and safe work environmentContinuous improvement of job functions to increase efficiency and performancePerform all reasonably related duties as assigned
 
 
 Qualifications: 
 
 
     
 Threeto fiveyears progressively more responsible experienceBachelor's Degree or aprofessional level of knowledge in a specialized field equivalent to that ordinarily acquired by completing a four-year baccalaureate program.ERP system experience: SAP Business One preferredStrong attention to detail
 
 
 Additional Requirements: 
 
 
     
 Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
