Position Title: Production
Wage: $15.00/hour Shift: 12 Hour Days Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday) Join a team that's shaping the future-literally! We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to assist in the production of high-quality precast concrete products in Mount Pleasant, IA. Production Responsibilities: - Assist with the layout and setup of recast production beds and product forms - Pulls strand and assist with the tensioning process - Assist with the install of plates, rebar, wire, insulation, lifters, blockouts, reveals and anchors - Assist with tying rebar, grinding, buffing and cutting wire - Assist in concrete pouring and vibrating - Assist with calking processes where needed - Operate battery powered and other small hand tools - Assist in stripping, changeover, and step-up of forms for different products as required - Asist in the layout of dunnage on trailers for placement of finished products for shipping - Maintains clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment - Adhere OSHA safety rules Requirements for Production: - High School Diploma or GED preferred - Precast experience preferred - Able to pass QPS screening process - Able to lift up to 70lbs occasionally - Able to stand up to 12 hours - Able to work in hot environment - Able to bend over and kneel for long periods of time burlington@qpsemployment.com IND101 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
