 Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures 
 
 Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment 
 
 Take and process dental X-rays 
 
 Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth flow of appointments 
 
 Help educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices 
 
 Provide compassionate, kid-friendly chairside care 
  
 
 
What We're Looking For: 
 
 
 Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and X-ray certification required 
 
 Previous experience in a pediatric office preferred 
 
 Strong communication and teamwork skills 
 
 Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude 
 
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

 Job related experience: 
 
 -  Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
 -  Pediatric experience, preferred

 -  Must possess excellent organizational skills- strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
 -  Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
 
 
 
 Working conditions: 
 
 -  Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
