As a Senior Security Opernations Engineer you will leverage data and systems to understand and build processes to make our response to threats, incidents, and risks and apply more effective and efficient. ResponsibilitiesDrive investigation and response efficiency through smart automation and process change.Establish and run triage and scrum processes to ensure effective leverage of resourcing across global resources.Recommend and facilitate investigative referralsRevise live site security rules and settings to prevent additional issuesTriage and route compliance and security work items to applicable teams or resources.Analyze ongoing performance of the process and objectivesPropose service changes and new features in order to ensure continuing excellenceParticipate in cross team projects and forums dedicated to improving Fraud and Security response at Microsoft.Drive delivery of engineered solutions that are configurable and responsive to the needs of our response teams.Embody our culture and values |
