Summary: As a Direct Bill Recruiter focused on BMET roles, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing highly qualified biomedical technicians into contract roles.  Essential Job Functions: 
 Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, to include sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offersProactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking strategiesDevelop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior-level BMET professionalsConduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and soft skillsDrive referrals from current employees and external networksPromote the company brand by leveraging social media and partnerships with relevant communities (e.g., technical schools, electronics/mechanical, STEM programs and associations, etc.)Maintain candidate database via the Applicant Tracking SystemCommunicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesCreate and implement unique sourcing techniques to drive candidates to the positions Provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate's experience regardless of the outcomeDevelop search strategies and build target lists of the top talentOther duties not listed may apply Qualifications
 
 
 Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

 Minimum four (4) or more years of sourcing and recruiting for BMET professionalsMinimum five (5) or more years' hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including assisting in developing job descriptions, sourcing, prescreening, submitting, interview set up, offer negotiation, and hiring candidatesExperience recruiting for cleared professionals Preferred Qualifications: 
 Previous experience within the DoD BMET communityPrevious government contracting experienceExperience with iCIMS Pay and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $85,250 to $104,200.
