Netsmart is seeking a strategic Product Manager to support GEHRIMED, our market-leading electronic health record (EHR) purpose-built for post-acute and long-term care providers within the Specialty Practices group. GEHRIMED is trusted by thousands of practitioners nationwide to simplify clinical documentation, support regulatory compliance, and streamline workflows in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other senior care settings. In this role, you will blend healthcare expertise with product innovation to shape solutions that enhance care delivery, improve clinician efficiency, and drive better patient outcomes. You'll lead product vision, gather market and regulatory insights, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable features and roadmaps. Partnering with engineering, sales, and client success, you'll guide solution development and go-to-market strategies to expand GEHRIMED's impact in post-acute care.
