ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll sell directly into mid-market and enterprise clients in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and industrial services. This role is built for a self-motivated hunter who thrives in high-volume staffing environments and knows how to create lasting client partnerships. You'll have direct access to decision-makers, influence our Precision growth strategy, and the autonomy to build your book of business-without unnecessary red tape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within light industrial and skilled trades sectors

  • Sell staffing solutions including temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct hire for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, forklift drivers, welders, electricians, and maintenance techs

  • Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting and cold outreach to onboarding and long-term account management

  • Prospect into manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics operations, and industrial companies using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, operations leaders, plant managers, and facility supervisors

  • Stay on top of labor market trends and workforce challenges to position Equiliem's solutions effectively

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery and strong client satisfaction

  • Share client feedback and market insights to refine service offerings and uncover growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence Precision's regional and national growth strategies

  • Take ownership in shaping how Equiliem expands its direct-to-client staffing model

Sales Process & Accountability

  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline while tracking activities in the CRM

  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights into client activity, hiring needs, and deal progression

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined prospecting and client development

  • Represent Equiliem with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset

YOUR BUSINESS IMPACT

As a Sales Executive, your expertise will drive Equiliem's Precision Staffing growth. Your contributions will directly impact:

  • Expansion of Equiliem's light industrial and skilled trades staffing footprint

  • Revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic upselling

  • Alignment between sales and recruiting teams to deliver high-volume results

  • Brand visibility by opening doors and building strong client relationships

  • Innovation through continuous feedback and market-driven insights

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3-10+ years of experience in B2B staffing sales (light industrial, skilled trades, or related workforce solutions)

  • Proven track record of hunting, closing, and growing accounts in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial services

  • Familiarity with high-volume staffing models and workforce management solutions a plus

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills with operational and HR leaders

  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and thrive without micromanagement

  • Comfort navigating across multiple industries and client environments

  • Passion for solving workforce challenges and delivering measurable value
