Join the Equiliem Team and Unleash Your Potential

At Equiliem, we're not just a national recruiting firm-we're an award-winning powerhouse on an exhilarating path of growth! We're on the lookout for passionate, results-driven individuals ready to make a real impact. If you're eager to join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued and your career can soar, Equiliem is the place for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Healthcare Sales Executive at Equiliem, you will play a critical role in driving new business across clinical and non-clinical healthcare staffing. You'll sell into hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, outpatient centers, and other government healthcare organizations nationwide. This role is designed for a self-motivated hunter who thrives in high-demand staffing environments and understands how to build trust with healthcare leaders. You'll have direct access to decision-makers, the opportunity to shape our healthcare growth strategy, and the autonomy to build your book of business-without unnecessary bureaucracy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in hospitals, regional health systems, and government healthcare entities
  • Sell staffing solutions including direct placement and staff augmentation (allied, non-clinical, and nursing)
  • Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract execution and account transition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, HR, and operations managers
  • Focus business development efforts on large regional healthcare groups (e.g., Innova, Novant, Atrium) and avoid low-margin/small accounts
  • Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams to ensure delivery and long-term account growth

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Share market intelligence and client feedback to drive service innovation and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence national healthcare strategy and go-to-market execution
  • Take ownership in shaping how Equiliem scales in the healthcare sector

Sales Process & Accountability

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline while tracking activities in the CRM
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights into client activity, hiring needs, and deal progression
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals through disciplined outreach and relationship building
  • Represent Equiliem with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3-10+ years of experience in healthcare staffing sales and/or workforce solutions
  • Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts in hospitals or healthcare systems
  • Comfort selling into C-level, HR, operations, and procurement stakeholders
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills with healthcare decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently, manage a remote territory, and thrive without micromanagement
  • Passion for solving workforce challenges and improving patient care through staffing solutions

YOUR BUSINESS IMPACT

As a Sales Executive, your expertise will drive Equiliem's growth in new markets and service lines. Your contributions will directly impact:

  • Expansion of our healthcare staffing footprint in high-value markets
  • Operational alignment between sales and recruiting teams
  • Brand visibility by opening doors and building client relationships
  • Innovation through continuous feedback and market-driven insights
