The Position
The Opportunity The Senior Manager of Federal Policy plays an important role within Genentech's matrixed Policy team and the broader External Affairs organization. This position is responsible for supporting and executing policy strategies that enable access to our therapies and continued innovation. The role focuses on cross-portfolio (therapeutic area-agnostic) federal policy and requires an understanding of the healthcare policy landscape and stakeholder relationships. This individual will identify policy challenges and opportunities, support development of strategic solutions, and support advocacy efforts to advance our goals. The role is based out of and requires an onsite presence at our Washington DC Genentech Campus Relocation assistance is NOT offered on this posting The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Washington DC is $140,400/yr to $260,800/yr. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
