See what it's like to work at GROWMARK:https://youtu.be/CSVMnKCySsY PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Prepares data for processing Energy and Engineering and Construction purchase and sales orders and customer and vendor invoices. Provides excellent customer service, with an attention to detail while demonstrating problem solving skills for internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION Processes supplier invoices for payment, entering information in ERP system against proper accounts, inventory receipts, or open orders to generate customer billings. Coordinates with appropriate GROWMARK and staff as needed. Reviews and analyzes reports and takes appropriate action to identify errors and initiate correction process by working with various departments. Works with customers and various GROWMARK product divisions to investigate, resolve, and correct billing errors as needed. Responsible for reconciling vendor invoice statements to provide accurate and current balances for prepay programs and contracts to send prompt payment to suppliers. Responsible for monitoring changes made to vendor and customer prepay/contracts for assigned products within authorization of SPIs. Monitors a variety of order reports using specialized query tool (Webi) to assist product divsioins in problem-solving and analysis, and ensure timely and accurate resolution to pay vendors and invoice customers. Answers customer billing-related questions and disputes while working with customers, vendors, terminal operators, carriers, and other departments to provide billing accuracy. Serves as the primary back up for assigned role within Agronomy Processing and Control. Applies knowledge of procedures to make appropriate business-based decisions that are in the best interest of our customers and GROWMARK. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Maintains files in accordance with the audit retention schedule. Assists other Agronomy Accounting personnel with special projects and daily work as needed. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an associate's degree or equivalent and related experience. Demonstrates math and accounting skills and the ability to work with complex account invoicing, various analytical reports, marketing programs, and tax regulations, for multiple corporations in SAP ERP system. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Understanding and experience with invoicing, billing, account reconciliation, and other control functions along with analysis and problem-solving skills. Proven professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Demonstrates organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, prioritize work, and deal with deadlines. Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proven computer skills in using Microsoft Office software, and the ability to learn software tools for business and accounting processes including the ERP system. May be required to work beyond what are considered normal business hours. May occasionally be required to lift 21 to 50 lbs. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
