Business System Analyst (Mid-Level)

M9 Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Mid-Level) to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the technology resources and modernization missions with a wide array of general analysis, problem-solving, judgment, communication, and planning skills to collect/document/assess user requirements, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions that include enterprise-level communication artifacts as it relates to Integrated Governance.
• Provides exceptional customer support to client and customer personnel requesting applications to be screened for use or installation on client mobile IT devices.
• Facilitates government-selected applications through the screening process and follows up with partners to determine if an identified app may be installed or approved for enterprise use or on a conditional or limited-use basis.
• Conducts functional testing of the application on devices with the Program Office.
• Conducts stakeholder reviews, including various representatives.
• Provides recommendations with the Authorizing Official and Designated Representative.
• Documents the findings from the outlined process for every application that enters the workflow and maintains an accurate record of application status for continuous monitoring and executing the conditions of the determination identified through the process
• Contributes to 12 portfolio briefings each year on the status of the mobile application review program and recently updated applications.
• Facilitates monthly user notifications and reminders to update Investment Metrics.
• Reports quarterly Integrated Data Collection reports regarding IT expenditures, inventory, and use.
• Reports other Ad-Hoc reporting and data calls regarding the client processes.
• Contributes to 12 Portfolio briefings each year on the status of the mobile application review program and recently updated applications.
• Creates and executes project plans, communication plans, and refined communications products for overall technology governance.
• Manages administrative and logistical duties for multi-division working groups and supports throughout the enterprise, and reports back to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use Mobile App Scanning with the Enterprise Security Operations Center.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and dashboards to track project or program metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadership or diverse stakeholder groups.
