PURPOSE

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. Utilizes data analytics, forecast projections, business trend results, and related information to evaluate existing processes. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

Remote/work from home opportunity in the Dallas, TX area. However, the selected candidate must be available to attend in person meetings and training onsite as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Subject matter expert in specific business processes responsible for evaluating and updating leadership on process improvement and identifying potential gaps or breaks in positive trends.
  • Participates in process design sessions and provides subject matter expertise in functional areas, building consensus and ensuring business involvement and buy-in.
  • Provides direction on future business lines and guidance on design that can support these processes and drives a "forward thinking" environment.
  • Partners closely with process leaders and prepares appropriate project management reports providing process improvement status and provides explanations for delays and/or makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in process and/or data analytics;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.


COMPETENCIES



  • Strong interviewing and group facilitation skills
  • Established strategic and critical analysis skills
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program
