The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

The Division of Endocrinology is recruiting a Short-Term Casual to support the Research Manager and full-time Research Assistants in conducting study visits and related activities for two ongoing clinical studies. Responsibilities include scheduling participant visits, screening for eligibility, conducting study visits following appropriate training, accompanying participants during appointments, data entry, preparing study charts, mailing results, storing participant samples, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities



  • Schedule participant appointments
  • Conduct study visits after completing required training
  • Accompany participants during their appointments
  • Perform data entry
  • Prepare study charts and mail results
  • Store participant samples
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned


Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with data entry systems and research protocols


Other Requirements



  • Participation in the medical surveillance program

    • contact with patients and/or human research subjects


  • Successful completion of applicable compliance and systems training requirements
