Title: Software Applications Engineer
Location: Palo Alto, CA Duration: 3 months Job Description: Top 5 Required Skills All requirements regarding building, integrating and testing software 1. 2-5 years' experience with ARM Embedded Software 2. Basic knowledge of SoC and Microprocessors 3. 2-5 years of Embedded Linux 4. Basic knowledge of Android Systems 5. Basic knowledge of Yocto and Integration Technologies: ARM Embedded Software SOC & Microprocessor Embedded Linux Android Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Job Description: Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Applies Software Application knowledge and technical expertise of software systems to assist with technical presentations in support of business development, customer training, product demonstrations, commercialization, customization, and maintenance of products. * Collaborates with team members to answer customer inquiries and support debug issues in customer design software systems. * Assists with completing tasks related to system architecture and feature-specific customizations tailored for customer requirements from proof of concept to final product commercial launches. * Assists in assessing potential application of company products, preparing product specifications, disseminating technical information, and/or troubleshooting issues regarding software tools and products. * Writes product technical documentation, application notes, and FAQs. Level of Responsibility: * Works under supervision. * Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group. * Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information. * Tasks consist of a limited number of steps and can be referenced using directions or manuals. | |
