ChampionX has an immediate need for an Associate Procurement Representative located in Sugar Land, TX. This role supports ChampionX's Procurement operations with a strong focus on price management, purchase order accuracy, and supplier communication. What's In It for You:

What You Will Do:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for the shared procurement email box, responding to inquiries and resolving supplier and internal customer issues in a timely manner.
- Request and process supplier pricing updates, ensuring all current pricing is accurate and uploaded in a timely manner.
- Manage quarterly price updates and quarterly freight updates, including exception handling.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly supplier pricing uploads (e.g., Ecolab) to support accurate invoicing and reporting.
- Review and update lead times to ensure accurate and reliable supply planning.
- Revise purchase orders (POs) as required to reflect updated pricing, lead times, and other changes.
- Conduct audits of monthly closed and open outline agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support ECL Cross-Sell Price Updates and other procurement-related activities as needed.
- Collaborate with Procurement Managers and Analysts to maintain data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across procurement processes.
- Maintain organized procurement records and support audit/compliance requests as needed.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Performance Indicators: Includes but are not limited to:
- Accuracy and timeliness of supplier pricing and freight updates.
- Ontime completion of purchase order revisions and lead time updates.
- Responsiveness to inquiries received through the shared procurement mailbox.
- Accuracy and compliance of monthly outline agreement audits.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with pricing accuracy and procurement support.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain or related discipline
- Strong Experience in SAP and an E-Procurement solution is preferred. (GEP is a plus)
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- 2+ years relevant working experience in sourcing, procurement, accounts payable or related field
- A Source to Pay Platform certification is strongly preferred.
- In depth knowledge of GEP SMART modules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience utilizing ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service mindset with proven ability to support internal stakeholders.
