Senior Product Designer

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how traders and capital markets professionals experience financial technology. You'll be embedded within a dedicated cross-functional team, driving design excellence while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and traders. This is an opportunity to shape the future of trading platforms in the most valuable areas of our business.

What will you do?

Execute End-to-End Design

• Deliver appropriate design artifacts spanning across all project phases, from concept development and design to production and documentation in a timely manner and efficient execution (e.g. user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, user research, usability testing, specs and guidelines).

• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from traders and the business

• Proactively contribute to design systems and other design toolkits, and work closely with leads to ensure deliverables are consistent with the design system

• Manage the handover and support of your designs to engineering and product development teams and provide accurate estimation of tasks and help with prioritization

• Present design and communicate work to team members and stakeholders

What do you need to succeed?

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping transactional experiences

• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Mobile native design experience (iOS/Android)

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in capital markets, trading platforms, or financial services

The Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $85,000 - $160,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs.This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions; Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance; And Paid Time-Off Plan.
