About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Production Operator, you will be accountable for operating equipment, packaging products, and ensuring all food meets Aspire Bakeries' quality and safety specifications while maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to ensure accurate product specifications
• Package food manually and through automated machinery while maintaining product quality
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Monitor equipment performance and report food safety, quality, maintenance, or hygiene issues immediately
• Follow production schedules, running orders, and standard work instructions
• Support efficient production flow through teamwork and adherence to operational requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production success

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to frequent changes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, loud, dusty)
