Description The P-8A Increment 3 aircraft integrates advanced Mission and Combat systems to provide a comprehensive tactical picture. The Mission system includes tactical plots, sensor/stores management, weapons control, communications, and surveillance systems. The Combat system encompasses ASW SIGINT, Wide Band Satcom, ESM, Acoustics, and Track Management (Minotaur). We are seeking an experienced Fleet Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) with operational knowledge of these systems and their contributions to integrated mission execution. In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between PMA-290 and Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) squadrons as they transition to the Increment 3 Block 2 configuration. You will provide subject matter expertise in P-8A Tactical Coordinator (TACCO) roles, responsibilities, and systems, while also supporting other mission crew positions as required.
