Description Leidos is seeking an Operations Project Manager to join our growing team, in support of the Security Engineering Programs - Center for Information Systems Security (SEP-CISS) Program. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of an Operations Project team consisting of 14 employees. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours in support of Project Operations in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. The ideal candidate will be a technically capable, inspirational leader, and team player with strong communication, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; with a proven ability to thrive in environments that constantly embrace new technology. Due to the sensitive & classified nature of this program, telework is not available. Primary ongoing responsibility is for management of a wide range of Operations-centric projects including the management of an Emergency Operations Center. The candidate will focus on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. Personnel leadership is essential and will contribute to the overall productivity of the Project.
