Scope of Position

This position serves as a critical administrative partner supporting the dual operations of the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) and the Quality and Operations departments. These areas play vital roles in driving data-informed decisions, advancing organizational excellence, and improving clinical and operational outcomes across the health system.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to department leaders, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day functions, coordination of meetings with diverse stakeholders, and oversight of confidential and sensitive communications. The role requires an understanding of the academic medical center environment, data-driven initiatives, and clinical operations.

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant manages administrative responsibilities for two executive leaders and their leadership teams and serves as a trusted liaison with other internal and external partners. The role includes scheduling, communication coordination, documentation management, event planning, and handling sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.

This individual represents the Analytics Center of Excellence and Quality and Operations offices in communications with key stakeholders, including hospital and university leadership, clinicians, faculty, staff, data scientists, and external partners. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex systems and prioritize competing demands with poise and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Up to 2 years relevant experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, Kronos, Workday and PowerPoint desired.

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects.

  • Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate will be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
