Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Data Deliverable Specialist to support with the generation and delivery of analytical reports to our clients. This is a heavily based data input and report writing position. You will not be analyizing reports or data as this step is done by our Scientists prior.

Location/Job Type

This position will be based out of our Westborough, MA location and candidate must be within a commutable distance.

Hybrid will begin after the completion of training period and at managers discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating Pace Data Deliverable Packages for customers utilizing LIMS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Assembling/pagination/securing/posting job reports.
  • Entering and submitting Smart Reports for MWRA.
  • State form generation.
  • Posting of mail.
  • Providing routine feedback and solutions to Department Managers and Team Leaders regarding data quality and rework.

Required Background/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field desired but not required.
  • 0-2 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated progression of skills and self-management abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft products like Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Working Environment
Work is performed in a lab or office setting. Work is subject to chemicals, fumes, gasses, noxious odors, and related items in a lab setting.
