Sr Project & Delivery Manager, e-Commerce

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience in managing eCommerce projects and leading cross-functional delivery teams, with a strong background in Hybrid, Agile, and/or Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices. This role will provide input into new products, processes and standards while driving the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives, facilitating program-level execution, and foster continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage eCommerce and cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, scope, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Facilitate program-level planning, execution, and delivery across both agile and waterfall-based teams.

  • Coordinate release planning and execution, ensuring readiness for deployment and smooth transitions between development, testing, and production.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery coordination across teams, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Champion the adoption of SAFe and Agile principles, providing guidance, coaching, and training to teams and stakeholders.

  • Act as a servant leader, removing obstacles and enabling teams to deliver value efficiently and effectively.

  • Mentor, lead, and supervise a cross functional team of associates.

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team environment.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness and team performance.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

Job-Related Experience Required:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in an eCommerce environment

  • At least 5 years of indirect/project leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and achieving organizational goals

  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects using a variety of methodologies with focus on Agile; familiarity with SAFe principles is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, integration technologies, and digital best practices(Sitecore, CommerceTools, Mulesoft).

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Skilled in translating data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or SAFe are a plus.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Annual base salary range: $120,000 to $140,000
