Description

We are hiring a Dealer Business Manager in Grand Rapids! Are you a relationship-driven professional who thrives in collaborative environments? Do you enjoy using data to guide decisions and working closely with partners to drive strategic growth? If so, we may have the perfect role for you!

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in sales or sales support, who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, building trust, and influencing outcomes through teamwork and insight.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in office furniture, design, or dealer-based sales models
  • Strong analytical skills; Excel and Tableau experience a plus
  • Experience in relationship-based selling and team collaboration

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers and Market Managers
  • Lead collaborative sales planning and execution to increase dealer share and market growth
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and guide strategic focus
  • Support dealer alignment, training, and implementation of Steelcase initiatives
  • Act as the voice of the dealer within Steelcase, advocating for their needs and success
  • Travel (~20%) to support dealer relationships and market strategies
