ResponsibilitiesDuring your summer, you willhelp leadadealand businessanalyticsfunction within theGlobalContentBusiness Development team thatexecutespartnerships with third-partygamingpublishers and developersof all sizes.In this role, you willmake us smarter and more efficient globally- you will play acentral part by: Analyzingand trackingthe performance ofalldeals and partnerships Creating and distributing performance status dashboardsand heat maps Creating internal Power BI tools Making forward-looking recommendations and improvements, Inventing andarchitecting new dealand agreementparadigms,and drivinginternal and external reporting and implementation. You will alsobe responsible formodeling new programsand incentive structures, analyzing partner economics, and evaluatingfuturebusinessopportunitiesfromaMicrosoft andpartnerperspective.Overall, youwill shape the assumptions and fundamentals of Microsoft's gaming strategy as a member of the broader Xbox teamacrossvarious gaming initiatives. | |
