Your Role on Our Team

As an Analytics Analyst, you will focus on analyzing data, creating actionable reporting, and translating business needs into insightful solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, interpret data, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help drive informed decisions.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about using data to solve business problems.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Partner with business teams to understand requirements and develop data solutions that meet their needs.

  • Document and understand metadata, data sources, and data definitions to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and reliable for analysis.

  • Monitor and validate data quality to ensure trust in reporting.

  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various business units.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.

  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.

  • Basic understanding of data structures, metadata, and governance concepts.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Experience with ERP/MRP/Order Management platforms (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.).

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks) is a plus.

  • Experience working with global international teams.
