Team/Job Summary: This role is within NOA's IT: Infrastructure & Operations Department and will support a wide range of Microsoft solutions and technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Collaboration Engineer to join our IT systems engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage our Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. This role also includes responsibilities for data governance and compliance using Microsoft Purview.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

* Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

* Leverage Microsoft Co-pilot to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

* Develop, deploy, and support solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to Power Platform solutions.

* Manage permissions and security settings.

* Provide technical support and training to end-users on collaboration tools, Co-Pilot, and Power Platform solutions.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

* Develop and deliver documentation for end-user documentation, procedures, and best practices.

* Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and provide security and compliance recommendations.

* Implement and manage Microsoft Purview solutions including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and Records Management.

* Collaborate with compliance and security teams to define and enforce data governance policies using Microsoft Purview.

* Monitor and respond to alerts and reports generated by Purview tools to ensure regulatory compliance and data protection.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Entra ID; strong understanding of security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.

* Strong background in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

* Experience with Microsoft Co-pilot and its applications in enhancing productivity.

* Expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

* Experience with Microsoft Purview and its compliance and data governance capabilities.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred. Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400) or equivalent experience preferred

* Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation preferred

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience in a related field is required.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $105,300 - $168,500 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
