About the Role: Norfolk Southern is seeking a proactive and analytical Fleet Planning & Data Intern to join our Equipment Distribution team for Spring 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fleet strategy, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement within the transportation industry. You'll support efforts to enhance fleet productivity, monitor performance trends, and help build a more proactive approach to managing railcar distribution across our network.
