Chemistry Operations Intern Summer 2026

As a Chemistry Operations intern, you will report to the Component Engineering & Chemistry Operations Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid, full-time hybrid summer position.

• Provide operational chemistry assessments for nuclear power plants products, including fuel manufacturing, system operations, service and maintenance, and training
• Use general chemistry knowledge for nuclear power plant water chemistry control and material applications.
• Work with other functional disciplines on the engineering level to obtain information necessary to support chemistry-related work assignments.
• Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Complete Sophomore year of college
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• No relocation assistance provided

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour.
