DIGITAL Asset Harvester Product Owner

We are seeking an outstanding data and digital service practitioner to help lead and implement the integration and scaling of our ECOLAB3D platform across Nalco Water's global customer base

What's in it for you

  • You will work with assigned software development teams, digital product owners, and field sales leaders to continually improve the Asset Harvester software.
  • This product enables the digital creation of plant assets and allows data from controllers, manually collected data, and laboratory analytics to be successfully mapped.

What you will be doing

  • Product owner for asset tree & harvester. Must help define future enhancement and support field needs. The tool must capture the right information from account managers & effectively build digital asset inventories.
  • Determine the level of understanding field Reps should have regarding the Asset Harvester software and make recommendations (with documentation) on the future of direct field interaction with the Asset Tree.
  • Work with Readiness Lead to design & build an asset set-up "best practices" guideline. This should include understanding how data is entered and flows through the product and the implications of set-up impact data visualization and performance.
  • Work with the change manager, to compile Voice of Customer response from the earlier rollouts and applications.
  • Affect Data Mapping of assets to data streams/sources. Must be able to effectively train/assist field Reps in data stewardship.
  • Must demonstrate understanding of asset to port relationships.
  • Support digital bulk project - Supply Chain & OIP. Ensuring data collected on storage tanks (unique identity) is married to assets/inventory process.
  • Provide oversight of limit & alarm harmonization across performance, treatment & health-based water treatment alarm and control limits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8 years of Professional experience
  • 5 years of data management and digital experience as well as a proven track record of working closely with digital and customer-facing leaders.
  • 2 years of experience in Digital product development and service implementation.
  • 2 years of water treatment experience - basic understanding of water chemistry and parameters across cooling, heating, and closed loop systems.
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, governance and sponsorship models. Familiarity with agile processes and techniques to test, learn and build solutions that deliver on business requirements.

  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrated skill in aligning data sets and digital ingestion across platforms and sensors.
  • Execution: Ability to grasp the big picture and chart a course of action. Strong problem-solving skills.
  • People- and Relationship-oriented. Thinks about how people will be affected and skilled at dealing with others. Focused on building and maintaining key relationships to get things done.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Natural collaborator and influencer with a preference for working with cross-regional, cross-functional teams to champion the vision and deliver results on tight timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both within and outside the business. Encourages discussion.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $149,700.00 - $224,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
