ICON is seeking a Field Engineer II, a critical contributor responsible for solving escalated issues, performing advanced troubleshooting, and leading systemic upgrades of our construction and print systems. This role requires a proactive, experienced approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. In addition to troubleshooting, the Field Engineer II performs all print activities, including material QC testing, navigating Procore and print documentation, understanding print matrices, executing bond beams, and managing Y-rail setups. Operational discipline and a commitment to ICON's standards are essential. This role is based in Austin, TX, and will require travel outside of the area for extended durations. This position reports to the Manager of Field Engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES
