Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company whose purpose is to innovate to Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Digital Enterprise Capabilities (DEC) team is seeking an experienced professional to be the strategic partner to our Commercial organization and manage the portfolio of Commercial data and technology projects in support of our Customer Experience evolution, product launches, and brand growth opportunities. The role will work closely with the Commercial Business Operations and Analytics and Market Access organizations to deliver key capabilities for our field teams and customers that will drive and enhance engagement. In addition to delivering these key capabilities, this role will need to serve as a trusted advisor to the Commercial Leadership Team to manage the risks, dependencies, mitigations, and the change management for a diverse set of data and technology initiatives. This role will also be required to help develop, embed, and enhance the Product Operating Model partnering with Business Operations and Analytics, Market Access Ops and DEC organization to serve our stakeholders effectively. This person will have overall accountability for customer experience solutions across our Commercial Organization. The ideal leader will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and will leverage their skills to influence at every level imparting technical knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $177,600.00 - $266,400.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
