Here's what you'd do:

• The welder is trusted to take on the most complex challenges, driving innovation and leading with both skill and heart.
• They embody craftsmanship at its highest level while lifting others to reach their potential, ensuring the client continues to grow stronger as a team and as a company.
• Every weld they make and every peer they mentor reinforces the client's mission to transform industries and deliver solutions that truly matter.
• Master multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, FCAW, Stick).
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols with precision.
• Weld across all positions and material types.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and program robotic welding systems.
• Perform inspections across all stages of production, mentor peers at all levels.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25 - $36/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Direct Placement.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 10 years of welding experience.

• Mastery of welding processes and advanced techniques.
• Leadership in inspection and quality standards.
• Ability to program and optimize robotic welding systems.
• Proficient with TIG/MIG/FCAW and the ability to fit up/fabricate anything on your own with little to no help.
• Proven mentoring and training skills.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs., using proper technique or team lift.
• Push/Pull Exerting force to move parts, carts, or tooling.
• Stand up to 8-10 hours on the concrete manufacturing floor.
• Moving between workstations and production areas.
• Sit for programming or documentation tasks.
• Fine Manipulation of Operating controls, precision measuring, and assembly work.
• Close vision for precision inspection and machine operation.
