Description * Translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications. * Strategize and execute plans for the timely completion of projects, aligning with organizational objectives. * Participate in training and development programs to mentor and help other developers grow and increase knowledge and skills. * Provide concise, actionable guidance to engineering teams to promote high-quality development practices. * Work collaboratively with other team members, project leads, and staff to integrate application delivery efforts. * Review technical and operational aspects of bugs and user stories, contributing feedback and optimization suggestions. * Address and resolve production issues with urgency, minimizing downtime and customer impact. * Actively participate in scrum meetings, technical review sessions, planning and requirement discussions, and all release planning and deployment activities. * Review application code, offering feedback and insights, and ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards as part of the final approval process in Pull Requests.
