Description The Lead Developer will provide technical expertise in the design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, integration, implementation, maintenance, and security of solutions, including the delivery and support of core IT applications and systems. The Lead Developer documents technical requirements for databases, applications, and technology infrastructure, consults with team members and potentially community members to understand current operating procedures and business processes, to clarify program objectives, gather requirements, and test and debug applications. The Lead Developer is part of a team that supports planning and implementation of new systems or functions and ensures that application maintenance and upgrades are delivered on-time and with quality. The Lead Developer manages the lifecycle of new development, including reviewing requirements, designing architecture, and leads daily development efforts of the team. Top Skills' Details 1. Development (2-3 yrs+) - Candidate should have at least 2 years+ of internship or professional experience doing application development. Web interface, design and development experience, NodeJS, Javascript, JAVA, Visual Studio, PL/SQL, PHP, .Net or related programming experience, including source control tools such as GIT 2. Integration - Candidate should have experience with integrations. Ideally they'd have ideally DellBoomi (Boomi) experience, if not, Mulesoft, Informatica, Snaplogic etc will work. 3. Communication - Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication. Additional Skills & Qualifications This position will convert to a fulltime role * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Proven track record executing multiple work streams and producing consistent results. * Strong understanding of system/application administration activities. * Web interface, design and development experience, NodeJS, Javascript, JAVA, Visual Studio, PL/SQL, PHP, .Net or related programming experience, including source control tools such as GIT. * Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL or related database experience. * Experience with Dell Boomi or other integration platform as a service (iPaaS) or designing and implementing ETL processes or the use of ETL tools. * Experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning. * Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards). * Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad) or SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle or related experience. * Experience with project management methodologies including Agile from planning through implementation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
