*Description:*
*Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team supporting the deployment and sustainment of advanced ground systems for tactical communication platforms. This role involves hands-on technical work, system integration, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.* *Responsibilities:* * Participate in a cross-functional product team supporting overseas ground segment operations. * Perform hands-on technical tasks during system installation, integration, and execution activities. * Support initial deployment, operations, and maintenance of airborne and terrestrial communication systems providing voice and data services. * Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure successful system deployment. * Serve as on-site technical support during hardware installation, network configuration, software deployment, and system acceptance testing. * Work closely with government and military personnel, providing troubleshooting, training, and mission execution support. * Maintain system certifications and stay current with evolving technologies and hardware/software updates. * Ensure operational readiness of deployed assets and support daily mission objectives. *Basic Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 2-5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 0-3 years of experience. Equivalent experience or certifications may be considered. * Experience with network devices, Windows/Linux systems, and system troubleshooting. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use standard desktop tools for documentation. * Proficiency in software installation, IT equipment troubleshooting, and system-level testing. * Willingness to work extended hours, non-standard shifts, and travel for domestic and international assignments. * Ability to complete specialized training and certification requirements. * Must meet physical requirements for field deployment and pass pre-assignment medical evaluations. * Active Top Secret clearance required; ability to obtain additional access as needed. * CompTIA Security+ and/or A+ certification (or equivalent experience). *Preferred Qualifications:* * Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. * DoD 8570 certification (IAT, IAM, IASAE levels). * Experience in hardware/software integration, configuration management, and quality assurance. * Experience in multiple engineering disciplines including systems, network, cybersecurity, and software deployment. * Familiarity with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, VMware, SAN storage, and Red Hat Linux. * Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible). * Network certifications and experience with monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Splunk). * Experience deploying system images and working with secure networks. * Familiarity with system administration manuals, maintenance instructions, and aeronautical systems. * Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance (STIGs, ATOs) and voice/data communications. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
