*Start Date:* November 3,2025 *Deadline:* October 8, 2025 *Duration:* 6 Months *Pay Range:* $15.00 - $17.00/hour *Placement Type:* Contract *Location:* Remote (Must have professional and quiet setup) *Top Skills Required* * Customer Service * Computer Literacy * Software Navigation * Inbound Phone Call Experience *Nice-to-Have Skills* * Bilingual (Spanish preferred) * Microsoft Office proficiency * Troubleshooting and Technical Aptitude * Customer Support Experience *Job Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support* * Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and online chat * Assist with account creation, password resets, and document uploads * Answer general inquiries and help customers manage their accounts * Verify eligibility and review healthcare coverage options *Problem Solving* * Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently * Provide creative solutions to consumer challenges * Follow workflow processes and adhere to defined procedures *Productn& Policy Expertise* * Stay up-to-date on company policies and product knowledge * Adapt to frequent project and program updates * Pass required training exams to remain eligible for continued work *Administrative Duties* * Accurately input customer data into internal systems * Perform various administrative tasks as assigned *Qualifications* * Recent experience in customer service, call center, or high-level retail/food service * Strong communication and professionalism * Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently * No large gaps in recent work history *Disqualifiers* * Inability to follow workflow or policy * Short or vague responses during screening * Lack of professionalism or customer-first mindset *WorkEnvironment & Training* * Fully remote; must have reliable internet and quiet workspace * Training is on-the-job for rehires; expected to jump into queues quickly * Initial schedule: * Shift #1: M-F, 7:45am-4:15pm EST * Shift #2: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm EST * (Subject to change during OEP season) *Compliance Requirements* * Background Check: Required * Drug Test: Required * Attendance: No time off allowed during first 3 weeks of training * Technical Setup: Must pass Internet Familiarization Assessment *TO MOVE FORWARD SEND ME THE SPEED TEST BELOW, if this is not provided, we will not be moving forward.** Attention to details is a must have for this role.* *Speed Test* * * A speed test is required for all telework employees to confirm the internet speed at remote location is compatible with the recommended download and upload speed for use of equipment. To comply with the required download speed, you will need *100Mbps* or higher and an upload speed of *20Mbps** *or higher. * Connect PC directly into ISP Modem (i.e. Spectrum Modem) * *Note: do not run speed test using mobile device (test must be ran from pc, laptop, or tablet device)* * Enter web address [https://www.speedtest.net](https://www.speedtest.net) in the address bar * Click GO to perform speed test ** * Take a picture with your mobile device or screenshot of the result * Email results to Me. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
