* Position: Support Coordinator* * Pay: $22/hour* * Environment: Hybrid (on-site training, then fully remote)* About the Role: We're hiring a Support Coordinator to serve as the primary inbound phone support for Care Coordinators and Reimbursement Case Managers. In this role, you'll advocate for patients, assist with program enrollment, and help navigate reimbursement and affordability support for prescribed therapies. You'll also collaborate with healthcare providers, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality outcomes through empathetic communication and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand advocate * Support patients with eligibility, enrollment, reimbursement, and affordability * Partner with prescribers to remove non-clinical access barriers * Communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams * Maintain compliance with SOPs, privacy standards, and documentation protocols * Escalate complex cases and contribute to program effectiveness * Identify and report adverse events as required * Uphold punctuality, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset Qualifications: * 2+ years of healthcare or high-volume call center experience preferred * Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred * Strong understanding of medical insurance, pharmacy benefits, and payer types (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD) * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Empathetic listener with strong call management and de-escalation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms * Reliable, self-sufficient, and committed to long-term success Best Fit for the Role: Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
