At BlueHalo, an AV Company, our Software Integration Engineer are the bridge between development and operations-ensuring mission-critical systems are not only functional, but reliable, scalable, and secure. If you thrive on solving complex infrastructure problems and automating everything, you'll fit right in.

This is your opportunity to work on a team that supports real-time defense systems at scale-where uptime isn't optional, and innovation is expected.

You like to do this:




  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Ansible or Terraform



  • Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability stacks



  • Support CI/CD pipelines and environment reliability across dev/test/prod



  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve root causes quickly



  • Enhance system security and compliance through patching, auditing, and hardening




You are required to have this:




  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field + 18 years of experience
    (or Master's + 15 years, or Associate's + 20 years)



  • Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration and automation



  • Experience supporting containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)



  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)



  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance





Salary Range: $170,000 - $191,000

The BlueHalo, an AV Company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.

Our compensation package also includes components designed to support employees' total well-being, which should be considered when evaluating our competitive benefits package.
