Behavioral Health Professional
needed for a contract
opportunity with Yoh's family wellness client located in Elma, NY.
Looking for a LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LISCW to provide therapy services for an integrated primary care clinic. This clinic provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and teen/child therapy.

Schedule:
two 8 hr and one 4 hr shift is preferred, 20 hrs/week, 7:30am-4:30pm

Hybrid preferred but open to in person or remote
Duration:
November 3 - January 30 (possible extension)
Pay:$38-45/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
• Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
• Enters data into patient's chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study
• Licensed mental health cliniciansin the state of NY including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
